Several Saudi officials met today with Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, who arrived in the Kingdom yesterday.

Minister of Interior Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz and Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal met separately with Gutierrez to discuss issues of mutual concern.

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali Al-Naimi also met with the secretary. They reviewed Saudi-US cooperation in oil matters, global oil markets and the security of the Kingdom’s oil supplies.

Minister of Commerce and Industry Hashem Yamani met with Secretary Gutierrez to discuss Saudi-US commercial and industrial relations, as well as ways to enhance bilateral trade.
