Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz met with Syrian Vice President Farouk Al-Sharaa today. Al-Sharaa is currently on a brief visit to the Kingdom.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation as well as the latest Gulf, Arab, Islamic and international developments, in particular the Palestinian issue and the situation in Iraq.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal and Chief of General Intelligence Prince Muqren bin Abdulaziz also attended the meeting.
