With the hurricane season approaching, the Saudi Consulate in Houston, Texas today issued a pamphlet outlining the precautions that Saudis in the US should take in the event of a hurricane or other type of natural disaster.

The pamphlet was distributed to Saudi citizens in Houston, and copies were sent to the Saudi Embassy in Washington as well as other missions for distribution to Saudi students who are living in US coastal areas in the hurricane zone.

The pamphlet is also available in Arabic on the Embassy Web site. The hurricane season in the US generally begins in June and ends in November.
