Kingdom provides $5 million in food aid to Lebanon

Saudi Arabia today signed a cooperation agreement with the World Food Program (WFP) to provide $5 million in food aid to Lebanon.

The agreement is in line with a Royal Order to allocate $5 million [SR 18,750,000] in food assistance to the Lebanese people, to be distributed by the WFP. The aid is being funded through the Saudi Popular Campaign for the Lebanese People.
