Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has approved a number of higher education projects, including the establishment of a medical college in Tabuk and a deanship for academic affairs at King Saud University.

Last week, King Abdullah issued several other decisions related to higher education, including  naming a government scholarship program to the US and Asian nations “The Program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for Foreign Scholarship.”  He also approved the establishment of the private Prince Muhammad University in Al-Khobar.
