King Abdullah holds talks with Egyptian president

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz held talks today with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, who was in the Kingdom for a one-day official visit.

The two leaders discussed Arab issues, primarily developments in Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq. They also reviewed Islamic and international issues, as well as ways to enhance bilateral cooperation. Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz also attended the meeting.

King Abdullah met President Mubarak at the airport in Jeddah, then hosted a luncheon in Mubarak’s honor at Al-Salam Palace.
