The University of Central Missouri is hosting the seventh annual Saudi Arabia Day at its main campus in Warrensburg, Missouri today, the Arab News reported today. The event aims to bring together the cultures of Saudi Arabia and the United States.
Honored guests at the event include Deya Elyas, director of public affairs for Aramco Services Company, as well as Paul and Colleen Nance, who donated an extensive collection of Middle Eastern art ad artifacts to UCM in 2003.
After welcome remarks, Paul Nance will present a new addition to the university’s Middle Eastern art collection. The festival will also include demonstrations of traditional crafts.
