The Royal Court has announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz will, as is his custom, attend the opening ceremony of the Jenadriyah Culture and Heritage Festival. The 20th Festival opens on Wednesday, February 23, 2005.
