The Ministry of Interior today reported that the Kingdom has received from the Syrian Arab Republic twelve Saudi nationals who had been in detention there for a variety of reasons. This extradition is a reflection of the security cooperation that exists between Saudi Arabia and Syria.

Earlier this month, a group of twelve Saudi nationals were extradited from the Republic of Yemen, under a similar security cooperation agreement.
