Tomorrow pilgrims will begin to move from Makkah towards Mina, where they will spend the day of tarwiyah (watering) in line with the sunnah (teachings) of the Prophet. During that day in Mina, and the following night, the pilgrims will prepare themselves for the ascent of Mount Arafat early on Saturday. The Day of Standing at Arafat constitutes the high point of the Hajj rituals.

The concerned Saudi authorities have taken all necessary measures to enable the pilgrims to perform their rituals in comfort and ease; and all possible facilities and services are being extended to them in line with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
