Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal and Minister of Finance Dr Ibrahim Al-Assaf, arrived in Rabat on Friday to participate in the deliberations of the Forum of the Future.   The Forum is co-chaired by H.E. Muhammad bin Isa, Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell.
