Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal left Tunis today after participating in the meetings of the Arab foreign ministers, which resulted yesterday in the announcement of the postponement of the two-day Arab Summit scheduled to start tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the office of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak issued a statement today that Egypt is ready to host an Arab summit as soon as the 22 Arab nations can agree on a time. Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and President Mubarak discussed developments in the Arab situation by phone.
