Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz arrived in Casablanca yesterday, and was received by King of Morocco Mohammed VI, with whom he held extensive talks to discuss international developments, notably the need to hold the Arab Summit as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, as part of the effort to hold the 16th Arab Summit, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal arrived today in Rabat to have talks with senior Moroccan officials. Prince Saud commented that what is important now is to forge a unified vision among Arab countries. He will hold talks not only with Morocco's Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Issa, but Secretary-General of the Arab League Amre Moussa, who is due to arrive in Morocco tomorrow. Encouraged by constructive and fruitful consultations, Prince Saud declared that he was hopeful of a successful Summit.
