Prince Bandar again denies oil prices linked to U.S. elections

Ambassador to the United States Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz has again denied any connection between oil prices and the U.S. presidential campaign. He made these remarks after a meeting at the White House today with U.S. National Security Advisor Dr. Condoleezza Rice, during which the focus of discussion was the act of terrorism that took place in Riyadh yesterday. The Kingdom's policy, he said, is to try to keep oil prices at between $22 - 28 a barrel, since this is good for all economies, including the Saudi and the American.
