A pair of Polish conjoined infant girls, Daria and Olga Kolacz, arrived in Riyadh Sunday evening from Frankfurt for a separation surgery at the King Abdulaziz National Guard Medical City financed by Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.  Primary medical reports indicate that the twins share a common spinal cord, pelvis, colon and sex organs.  The separation surgery will be the sixth of its kind undertaken at King Abdulaziz National Guard Medical City.
