A delegation of the Shura Council met Strasbourg, France, yesterday with the president of the European Parliament Josep Borrell.  During their meeting, Borrell praised Saudi Arabia's contructinve role in promoting peace and stability in the Middle East and lauded the Kingdom's upcoming municipal elections.
