A royal decree was issued today appointing Rectors to three new universities: Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Alhomoudi at the University of Qasim, Dr. Abdulillah bin Abdulaziz Banaja at the University of Taif, and Dr. Mansour bin Mohammed Alnuzha at the University of Tayba in Madinah.
