Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz today issued a royal decree appointing Prince Jelawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed bin Jelawi as Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province. Prince Jelawi has previously served as the Deputy Governor of Tabuk Province.
