King Fahd offers last chance for terrorists to surrender

  Crown Prince Abdullah presents King Fahd's offer for surrender of militants

In a televised address today read on his behalf by Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz offered a one-month grace period for members of the misguided group of terrorists to repent and surrender. Whoever belongs to that group and is still at large will now have a unique opportunity to repent; anyone who surrenders within one month from today will be treated in accordance with Shariah [Islamic Law] in relation to the violated rights of third parties. The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he said, is extending this offer as a last chance for those who might be hesitating to surrender. Whoever opts to accept this offer will be assured the security of due process; however, anyone who is obstinate, will face a resolute force.
