Kingdom to recall ambassador from Libya

Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Saud Al-Faisal announced at his weekly press conference today that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is recalling its ambassador to Tripoli and that Saudi Arabia has ask the Libyan government to withdraw its ambassador from the Kingdom.  Prince Saud said this move is "a restrained response to an atrocious incident."

Prince Saud said this is the only response Saudi Arabia is taking on this issue in appreciation to the brotherly Libyan people, especially since the Hajj is near and the Kingdom does not want any obstacles to impede Libyan pilgrims.
