The Riyadh-based Arab Gulf Programme For United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND) will help finance  18 projects in developing countries, according to Yousef bin Ibrahim Albassam, Vice President of AGFUND and representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the organization.
