Minister of Agriculture Dr Fahd Balghunaim inaugurated in Riyadh today the 23rd International Exhibition of Agriculture, Irrigation and Agricultural Industries, organized by the Riyadh Exhibition Company.  The exhibition covers advanced agricultural technologies and products of 350 local, Arab and international companies.

Yesterday, Dr Balghunaim gave a press conference on the occasion of Arab Agriculture Day on September 27, and stressed the importance in Arab agriculture of enhancing environmental awareness as well as cooperating to achieve food security, provide training programs, and upgrade the efficiency of farm workers. He went on to praise the efforts exerted by the Arab Organization of Agricultural Development for providing experts and technical studies to overcome the obstacles that Arab agriculture faces.
