On a one-day trip to the Kingdom, Nibras El-Fadel, economic adviser to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, met with a number of Saudi businessmen in Riyadh yesterday to explain the current economic situation in Syria, including reforms planned by its government, and discuss areas of mutual interest that could improve trade exchanges between the two countries, such as the first Saudi-Syrian forum, which will be held soon.
