Saudi investment conference in London

A two-day conference on investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia concluded in London, U.K., today. The conference, organized by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in cooperation with the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), was attended by SAGIA Governor Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki, who, in a keynote address, commented on the numerous investment opportunities in varying fields offered by the Kingdom, and described the Saudi economy as stable and competitive, with an effective role on the global scene. In his address, Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) Abdullah Al-Njaidi pointed out that SABIC is in the top 30 petrochemical companies worldwide, ranking fourth in the production of ethylene.
