SAA launches online booking service for domestic flights

Director-General of Saudi Arabian Airlines (SAA) Dr. Khaled Bakr announced yesterday that the airline has introduced Internet reservations for domestic destinations, which account for the bulk of its sales, in the first phase of its project to enhance and develop its reservation services. Service for international reservations will follow in about six months. At that time, special deals and offers will also be made available. SAA, he said, wants to provide its customers with the best of facilities by making use of the latest technology, in keeping with the vision of the Kingdom's founder King Abdulaziz to provide a safe, secure, fast and comfortable means of transport connecting far-flung areas of the nation as well as serving international destinations.
