Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz today opened the second phase of the Al-Shuaiba Project for water desalination and electric power generation. This will double the amount of water the plant can provide to the cities of Makkah, Jeddah and Taif, to 154 million gallons a day.
