Saudi relief aid for Iraq arrives in Basra

The first convoy of Saudi relief assistance arrived in Iraq yesterday. This consignment has been sent to Iraq under directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, to provide needed aid to the Iraqi people. The relief assistance, mainly medical supplies, foodstuffs, and bottled water, was delivered to the Iraqi Red Crescent Society in the City of Basra.
