Branch offices of Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation, a non-governmental charitable organization with no links to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, are subject to the laws of the host countries, who are responsible for monitoring the activities of these branches.
Branch offices of Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation in Kenya, Tanzania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Croatia, Albania, Kosovo, Indonesia, Pakistan and Somalia, have all been suspended due to security and financial reservations, and will remain closed until these reservations have been reviewed and a decision is taken.
