King Fahd orders re-formation of Aramco Board

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz today issued a royal order re-forming the board of directors of the Saudi oil company, Saudi Aramco. The twelve board members, who will have a tenure of three years effective November 30, 2001, are:
1. Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (Chairman)
2. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Mane'a, Minister of State, cabinet member, and President of the Ports Authority
3. Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance and National Economy
4. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijiri, Secretary-General of the Higher Economic Council
5. Dr. Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Suwayel, Vice-President in charge of research institutes, of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology
6. Abdullah Saleh Jum'aa
7. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Huqail
8. Dr. Saddad bin Ibrahim Al-Husaini
9. Abdullah bin Saif Al-Saif
