Saudi ambassador to the US Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz has criticized rumors about the mistreatment of the Saudis in the US and said such rumors aim at undermining Saudi-US relations.  On Monday evening, he said the Islamic centers in the US have been performing their mission without any problem or harassment.

'It would be better to turn a deaf ear to rumors pertaining to ill-treatment of the Saudis in America, he said.
Prince Bandar noted that the statement of the US president and the other senior officials always underscore the importance of the Saudi-US relations and added 'the Saudi-US relations are based on mutual respect and mutual interests'.
