Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz today received Korean Minister of Trade Hwang Doo-yun, who is heading a delegation to the Kingdom. The delegation was also received by Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. Yesterday, the delegation met with Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector-General Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz.

Today, the 11th session of the Saudi-Korean Committee for economic and commercial investment and cultural and technical cooperation concluded with a number of recommendations, urging investors to benefit from the incentives in effect to set up industries, arrange exchange visits between commercial delegations, and organize trade exhibitions. The recommendations also stressed the desire of the two countries to increase the number of joint high-tech industrial projects, the importance of enhancing cooperation between businessmen of the two countries in the field of petrochemicals, the significance of continued exchange of visits by experts in the spheres of science, technology and information, and enhancement of cooperation in the area of posts and telecommunications.
