Interior minister chairs WTO meeting in Jeddah

Interior Minister Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz chaired in Jeddah yesterday the third meeting of the committee concerned with Saudi Arabia's accession to the World Trade Organization. The committee is comprised of the ministers of foreign affairs, justice, commerce, and finance and national economy, plus three ministers of state. Stressing the importance of a clear strategy, Prince Nayef expressed his appreciation of the committee's continuous efforts in assuring that accession to the WTO is compatible with the Kingdom's policy, serves its higher interests, and offers the greatest advantages.
