Kingdom issues warning about importing Israeli goods

The Ministry of Commerce has issued instructions to customs officials at Dammam's sea port not to allow entry of a shipment from Poland that was found to contain concentrated grapefruit juice carrying the name of an Israeli company. The importer of the shipment is now under investigation, the Polish company is blacklisted, and the matter has been referred to the Ministry's Israeli boycott committee. All foreign companies are warned not to direct to Saudi markets any commodity that originates from Israel, and Saudi merchants are urged to be cautious when concluding contracts and to establish the true origin of goods they import.
