Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdulaziz has issued orders to the Saudi Red Crescent Society to extend urgent relief aid to Somalia, where floods have devastated a number of towns and displaced thousands of people. Two planes loaded with foodstuffs, medical materials, tents and blankets will leave Riyadh, one tomorrow, and the other on Wednesday.
