Yesterday, Minister of Interior Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz formally approved the plans for this year's hajj, which aim at ensuring the safety and security of all pilgrims and facilitating their movement. One aspect of the plans is the special postal service that will operate from February 10 through March 24, with branches open seven days a week.
Today, the Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) reported an increase in the total number of international telephone calls, and gave assurances that for the upcoming Hajj season it has boosted international lines, and made available the latest in telecommunication means in order to serve the guests of God.
