Crown Prince Abdullah in New York

Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz attended a reception last Thursday hosted by U.S. President Bill Clinton. The reception was held at the Metropolitan Museum in New York in honor of the world leaders who are taking part in the United Nations' Millennium Summit.
During his visit to New York, Crown Prince Abdullah has met with a number of these world leaders. Today he met with Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Dr. Ismael Abdulmajeed. Since Thursday, he has met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah; Foreign Minister of the State of Bahrain Sheikh Muhammad bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa; President Muhammad Khatami of the Islamic Republic of Iran; Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh; and Foreign Minister of Libya Abdelrahman Shalkam.
