A royal decree has been issued approving the formation of a committee headed by Interior Minister Prince

Nayef bin Abdulaziz to supervise and regulate fund-raising in the Kingdom in support of the intifada for

Al-Quds Al-Sharif .  Prince Nayef announced that the first meeting of the committee, attended by

representatives from the Kingdom's provinces, will take place on Saturday, October 28, 2000.
