Royal decrees make changes in Governors and in Cabinet

A Royal Decree today announced that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz has relieved from his post, at his request, Governor of Makkah Province Prince Majed Bin Abdul Aziz. Replacing him will be Prince Abdulmajeed Bin Abdul Aziz, currently Governor of Madinah Province. Prince Miqren Bin Abdul Aziz, currently Governor of Hail Province, will take over from him.  Prince Saud Bin Abdulmohsin Bin Abdul Aziz has been appointed as the new Governor of Hail Province.  The Governors of all three provinces hold ministerial rank.
Another Royal Decree today announced that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz has accepted the resignation of Minister of Posts, Telegraphs and Telephones (PTT) Dr. Ali Bin Talal Al-Juhani, and has appointed him Minister of State and Cabinet Member. Minister of Planning Khalid Bin Muhammad Al-Qusaibi has been appointed Acting Minister of PTT in addition to his current portfolio.
