King Fahd undergoes minor eye surgery

The royal court announced today that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz had successfully undergone minor eye surgery at the King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, to remove a blood clot from his left eye. Yesterday Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector-General, gave assurances that the King's state of health is excellent and that the surgery is minor.
