Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) Hamad Al-Sayyari today inaugurated a

seminar on long-term investment.  Speaking on the occasion, he said that investment plays a

crucial role in the process of economic growth, and referred to the Kingdom's concern to

attract foreign investment, preferably direct investment, which paves the way for transfer

of modern technology.
