Jenadriyah Festival set to open next week

Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Commander of the National Guard, will open on Wednesday, March 4, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, the 13th Heritage and Culture Festival to be held at Jenadriyah, some 30 miles from Riyadh.  Over 400 intellectuals, literary figures and thinkers have been invited from Arab, Islamic and other countries.  Prince Meteb Ibn Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, head of the military wing of the National Guard and Vice-President of the Higher Committee for the Festival, said this year's event would address the growing problems facing the Arab and Islamic world, including concerns about national security and the future of education.
