King Fahd attends on-going Saudi-Yemeni talks

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz yesterday co-chaired, with President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen, a session of the on-going Saudi-Yemeni talks.  During the session, the two sides discussed the distinguished brotherly relations between the two countries, and explored new ways of enhancing and consolidating these relations for the benefit of their peoples as well as focusing on the remaining issues concerning the border demarcation.   The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to finalize this issue as soon as possible and endorsed the continuation of consultations between officials of the two countries in order to realize their joint desire to strengthen the bilateral relations on a durable basis.   They also reviewed the latest Arab, Islamic and international developments and reiterated their hope for Arab unity and Islamic solidarity.
