The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz today received a cable of congratulations and good wishes on the occasion of his recovery and resumption of duties, from President of the United States Bill Clinton.

Such a goal, said President Clinton, can only be realized through sincerity, self-confidence, determination, and cooperation with all, adding that he prayed Almighty God to bestow on all, the bounty of health and prosperity, this year and in all the years to come.
