Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz has sent the following message to President William J. Clinton, in connection with yesterday's explosion in Riyadh:

Dear Mr. President:
I wish to convey my condolences and those of the people and Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to you and to the families of the American victims who were killed as a result of the bombing that occurred in Riyadh on Monday, November 13, 1995.
I would also like to convey my sympathies and those of the people and Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to you and to the families of the injured for whom we bestow the best care possible during their recovery.
I would like to assure you that the appropriate security services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are working tirelessly to expose whoever is behind this criminal explosion, which is adverse to our community, and to disclose all its dimensions and background. You may be assured that all necessary action will be taken against the perpetrators who will be punished severely.
