Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel A. Al-Jubeir hosted a reception for a Young Arab Leaders delegation at the Embassy in Washington yesterday.

The 12-member delegation is currently on a three-week visit to the United States as part of the Arab American Business Fellowship program.

“We are pleased and honored to host this delegation of young professionals from the region. Our youth are our most precious resource. They are our future, and they will help to guide us in the decades to come,” Ambassador Al-Jubeir said in remarks at the event.

Also attending were Ms. Marym Al-Ammary, a Private Sector Relations Officer for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and Mr. Helmi Natto, founder of the Eye 2 Eye Optical Company in Jeddah.

The Arab American Business Fellowship is a program that brings executives from leading Arab companies to the United States to learn about American business, society and culture. Its US partners include the Washington-based National US-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC), the New York-based Business for Diplomatic Action, and the US Center for Citizen Diplomacy in Des Moines, Iowa.
