Please note that visa forms MUST be filled out completely in order for the application to be processed in a timely manner. Don't forget to include the following information on the form:
- The applicant's name exactly as it is listed on the passport
- Expiration date of the passport
- Date and Place of issuance of the passport
Passports or documents can be dropped off at the Embassy in Washington between 9:30am and 12:30pm weekdays. Pick ups are between 3:30 and 4:30 weekdays. Please note that this schedule can change without notice.
We would like to bring to the attention
of all applicants who send their passports by mail that anyone
who includes a RETURN Federal Express, DHL,
Airborne Express, UPS or any other airway bill, should also
include a MONEY ORDER made out to that company.
No cash,
credit card or personal check will be accepted.
Any package without
such payment will be on hold until the payment is received.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to include the EXACT
amount according to the weight of the package.
